I Broke The Mile World Record

My running career has been full of many highs and lows but this has to be one of the best moments so far! To be able to call myself a World Record Holder in the sport that I love is honestly such a big honour. Don't get me wrong though this isn't all I've got the 1500m training has been pushing me from strength to strength and I'm very excited to where the next few years will take me!
