Field Marshal Blücher does not arrive in time to save the British
Napoleon is killed/severaly wounded
Duke of Wellington is killed
Picton's death is delayed, rank is higher
Picton never lost his baggage, but instead lost his hat, wears Top hat into battle
Duke of Gordon is present in battle
Duke of Gordon is killed
Gordon Highlanders more successful at repelling the French Column
Tom Willoughby is fictional character
Pierre Cambronne is not head of the Guard Chasseurs, instead leads calvary
Comte Antonne Drouot is not head of Imperial Guard but rather head of artillery
Uxbridge's leg remains intact
Marshal Lannes is still alive, commanding in place of D'Erlon
Marshal Murat is taking part in the battle
Ney's calvary charge routs the British Army
