Welcome to this 10 minute yoga routine for days when you are short on-time. It's a full body stretching sequence suitable for all levels which means it's beginner friendly - perfect for people looking for a quick yoga flow in just 10 minutes.

In this practice we will:
Start by warming up the wrists, then the spine with cat/cow, then the lower body with leg pedals in plank - moving into down dog
Our standing sequence will be - high lunge, warrior 2, reverse warrior, extended side angle
Our hip opener sequence - includes 3 leg down dog and pigeon pose
Our wind down includes forward fold and a gentle neck release before we finish with breath work.

I hope you enjoy this short but effective 10 minute yoga routine.
