The Universal Belt Capper is a versatile and highly adaptable capping system, designed to add a significant productivity boost to any liquid filling line.

Capable of handling a wide range of bottle and cap types and sizes, the Universal Belt Capper can be fully integrated in to filling production lines and configured to accept a vibratory bowl feeder and/or hopper.

The Universal Belt Capper works by passing the bottle between two belts synchronised with the conveyor system. Once the cap is placed on the bottle, two further belts rotate the cap it in a clockwise direction to secure the cap on to the bottle. The bottle continuously moves along the conveyor system during the cap placement and tightening process.

Capable of capping up to 60 bottles per minute, the Universal Belt Capper can be automatically fed screw caps by a vibratory bowl hopper, or caps can be positioned by hand.

Fully adjustable, this machine can handle a wide range of bottle sizes and heights and an equally wide range of cap sizes.
