Borg goes back to the classroom for the SECOND time since quarantine to rearrange her room. She'll have to change it all again 1-2 weeks after school starts when 100% of students are set to come back. Hopefully some students and parents opt for remote learning for comfort and ease. This will also reduce bodies in the classrooms and halls. With cases of COVID spiking in surrounding counties, especially among teens and 20-year-olds, odds are good we'll all be remote soon after school starts anyway.

Our district has approx: 400 students in the high school. Most non-PE classes have between 15-27 students.

UPDATE: FEB 2021 - we never went fully remote. We actually ended up going nearly 100% in-person by Jan, 2021. It appears that masking and social distancing has worked to keep symptomatic cases down. It appears that students who have tested positive have been catching it when they've congregated, mask-less, outside of school. School does not seem to be how COVID spreads in our district, and consistent enforcement of masks along with solid administrative leadership seem to have been key to our success.
