using BG engine restoration cleaner on a badly sludge 2014 hyundai elantra

Описание к видео using BG engine restoration cleaner on a badly sludge 2014 hyundai elantra

this is my daughter 2014 hyundai elantra 1.8 SE and the other day I turned on the car and hear a loud ticking noise at start up and died down after a few second of it being on.
I did some research on YouTube about the ticking sounds and it seems to be a common thing on these engine.
after doing some research I thought I probably needed a timing chain sensor and timing chain and guides.
so I decided to take the valve cover off and see how the cylinder head looked.
when I took a look I was in stock with all the caked up sludge on the cylinder head. when I say it was bad, it's an understatement.
I bought this car very cheap about a year ago as her first car and now I know why it was so cheap.
so with all the research i did, I came up with the conclusión that the VVT sprockets and system might not be working the way it should with all the sludge in the engine.
I did some more research and I stumbled upon watchJRgo video where he buys a cámaro that was sludged up and it was giving engine comes.
when he removed the valve cover the sludge was bad. but no where near as bad as my Daughters elantra.
he used BG engine restoration kit and that cámaro and it worked for him.
after watching more BG videos.
I decided to try it out. I figured if it works it's only $300+ dollars compared to replacing it with a used engine that are going for $1500+ in my area and you never know what your going to get.
so this is my video of the BG engine restoration kit and before and after video.
by the way, I am not a mechanic, am just a DIY guy that's looking to save some money and I want to learn to work on my own car.
this is my situation and I am not sponsored by BG product or another company.
I hope this video helps others like me
godbless and goodluck
