In this video, I'm going to explain everything you need to know about Instagram follow unfollow method. There is a ton of people claiming that follow unfollow doesn't work in 2019. and I'm here to prove them wrong.

Follow unfollow (follow for follow) is still one of the best methods to start growing your Instagram account from scratch, especially if you want to grow on Instagram for free, and I'm using it on almost every single one of my IG accounts to gain that initial following which will help you start growing organically. It's also worth mentioning that some people mix this method with "follow for follow" method which is false because with follow for follow, people usually start following you just to get the follow back (and they are usually not interested in your content) which makes them inactive followers and that hurts your engagement rate. With follow unfollow method you get more targeted and engaged followers.

One of the mistakes that a see people make when doing this method is they try to use Instagram follow unfollow apps and follow for follow bots which is really risky since the recent update. So I don't recommend using any apps to follow people, you can do it manually and it won't take you more than 30 seconds per 50 followings (up to 3 minutes per day), which is absolutely nothing if you are serious about IG and want to make some money out of it. I'm sharing some follow unfollow tricks that I personally use to increase my follow back ration and grow my IG pages much faster.
