Il corretto apprendimento del Karate passa attraverso tre metodiche: Kihon, Kata, Kumite. La figura geometrica che meglio rappresenta quest'idea è un triangolo equilatero dove il Kihon è la base e il Kata e i l Kumite sono i lati. Exactly like in the equilateral triangle, where the more extensive the base the more the sides rise, in Karate the more the practice of Kihon is constant and thorough the more Kata and Kumite can improve. Fortunately, the genius of master Hiroshi Shirai, from the end of the 80s, made available to us a technical Dan examination program of great value. Even after over 30 years, Kihon's program remains unmatched in body dynamics and sense of martial art. To understand all this, however, the practice must be daily and never deviate from the original program.
