The Neurological Alliance of Scotland is pleased to present the National Neurology Patient Experience Survey data from the My Neuro Survey (2024) for Scotland.

This session is aimed aimed at NHS staff with a focus on examining the data where possible at a Health Board level. Please do not share any data from the presentation or this recording externally.

The main goal of the National Neurology Patient Experience Survey was to capture the experiences of those affected by neurological condition(s) in Scotland, providing insights and a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

The 30 minute presentation will look at:

1. Understanding the lives of adults with neurological conditions, including impact of the condition; sources of support; met and unmet needs; happiness with healthcare in general and in appointments; access to and satisfaction with services; mental health

2. Understanding the lives of carers and their experience caring for those with neurological conditions including: mental wellbeing of carers, sources of support and ease of accessing these sources, impact of caring on education, work and finances
