Adding Cork to Your ZipFit Liners

Here are some tips and instructions for adding more OMFit cork composite to your ZipFit Liners. Important to note, all ZipFits have the same three ports for adding cork - on the tongues and on both sides of the instep behind the second lace loop. The black tabs are actually sleeves, so be sure to have the two flaps separated prior to inserting the cork tube and plunging cork into the liner. Consider warming your liners up slightly (the best time to add cork is after skiing in your liners so they are warm and you can think about where you need more cork material) and also warming up the tube of cork.
