Mac’s men’s basketball team is in the midst of a renaissance, with the Scots bettering their overall record in each of its past four full seasons. Now seen as one of the MIAC’s top contenders, the team had the opportunity to face off against the University of Minnesota’s Golden Gophers for the first time in over a century in a Nov. 2023 exhibition game.
