BLACK FOREST DELIGHT RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Cream 200 ml
Pineapple crystal jelly 1 packet
Condensed milk 4 tbsp
Milk ¼ cup
Pineapple cubes 1 cup
Chocolate sponge or chocolate cupcake cubed 1 ½ cup

METHOD :
In a bowl mix together cream, pineapple crystal jelly, condensed milk, and milk, whisk well, put the chocolate sponge in a Pyrex dish, soak it with fruit syrup, add mixed fruit cocktail and pineapples on top of the cake, drizzle with prepared cream and jello mixture, decorate with whipped cream, grated chocolate, and cherries, serve chilled.


GALAWATI CHICKEN TIKKAY RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Boneless chicken thigh cubes ½ kg
Marinate with ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
Ground onion 2 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Roasted crushed cumin 1 tbsp
Roasted crushed coriander 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
Allspice powder ½ tsp
Black salt ¼ tsp
Mace ground ¼ tsp
Nutmeg ground ¼ tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Ground cardamom ½ tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Cream ½ cup

METHOD :
Marinate chicken thighs with all the given ingredients, put them on skewers, grill, give dum of coal, serve with onion rings, tomato rings, lemon wedges, and serve with paratha.
