Aloo Matar Sabzi | Potatoes & Dried Green Pea Curry | No Onion Garlic

✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
◇ 4-5 medium potatoes
◇ 1 cup boiled potatoes
◇ 1 tbsp ginger paste
◇ Chilli paste (as required)
◇ 1/2 tsp coriander powder
◇ 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
◇ 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
◇ 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
◇ 1/2 tsp black salt
◇ Regular Salt (as per taste)
◇ 1-2 dry red chillies
◇ 1/2 tsp panch phodon
◇ 1/2 tsp asafoetida
◇ 1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
◇ Fresh coriander leaves
◇ 4-5 cups of hot water
◇ 2-3 tbsp mustard oil
