New 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐞 (Multiweigher floor version)

We present the weighing and packaging line consisting of a hopper, loading conveyor, '𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢-𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝' floor weigher2 and the BG37 vertical stepper packaging machine.

The particularity of this line is that it can be placed in rooms that are not particularly high, allowing greater "machine control" and facilitating the various cleaning operations.

This line is suitable for packaging many products such as:
short dry pasta, 𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐬 and 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬, dried fruit, 𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐬𝐞𝐬, spices, herbs and many other granular products of various sizes.
Once the product has been weighed, it is sent on a step-by-step belt to the bg37 packaging machine, where it is poured into the freshly formed bag from the reel.

Our automatic bagging machine with multi-head weighing system can be equipped with various accessories such as:
✅ A date stamp
A high quality printer for printing logos, expiry and production dates, nutrition tables, various barcodes and more
✅ A device for injecting inert gases that improve preservation in certain products

Equipped with PLC with software for advanced weight combination calculation
Designed and manufactured directly by C.I.A. packaging machines in its factory in the province of Vicenza.
