Kramer has also begun to share more of his personal journey – a story he has kept largely private, even from many of his music collaborators. Over his nearly 25-year career, Kramer has worked with directly and indirectly a who’s who of jazz, electro/soul, and hip-hop artists, including Bilal, Tokimonsta, J. Ivy, Anderson .Paak, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Makaya McCraven, Brandee Younger, Liv Warfield, A. Billie Free, and Greg Spero.

Born and raised in Chicago, Kramer’s artistic journey has been enriched by his years living in Japan. This multicultural background infuses his music with a unique blend of influences. Recently, he has shifted his focus from collaborations to sharing his own ideas and emphasizing live performances.
