In this video, I guide you through a 10 minute NON-STOP heavy bag workout! NON STOP MEANS NO ROUND OFF. We do have a few recovery rounds tho :)
Special guest appearance from the Beginner Boxing Series!

This boxing workout consists of 20 rounds! 30 seconds each round, with no breaks transitions in-between. The only active recovery round we will do is "FOOTWORK" in which we stop punching and dance around the heavy bag!
