All voicework for The Lady, AKA The Geisha or The Governess. She is played by Anna Moberg, who also did some of Six' voicework.

As you can hear, the recording of her humming is pretty long. At 0:49 we get to her pain sounds, screams, etc.
The clips from 2:06 to 2:52 were each designed to loop, which is why they start and end abruptly.
3:47 is her little gasp from "The Residence." After that are the most voice-like of her teleporting sounds.
