The Mestizo family is coming to the UK!

@steamdown’s founder @ahnanse and @mambonegrorecords founder @danielmichelmn lead the groundbreaking 13-piece British-Colombian ensemble @mestizomusiccollective. Mestizo features artists from the Steam Down Village, as well as @ondatropica_colombia @frentecumbiero, @laperlabogota and features the voices of @_shanteh_ and @n.hardem.

Mestizo is all about music bridging the gap between the London grit and inner city energy, and the vibrancy of Colombian Culture, and is fused together by the beauty of the Afro-Caribbean diaspora.

The debut album ‘Mestizo’ is set to be released on the 5th May, and we are so excited to finally get to bring the live experience to the UK.
