How to Combine Pan Pastel and Colored Pencil

Did you know you can combine pastel and colored pencil? In this video, I am going to explain how to combine PanPastel and colored pencil combined. For a while now, I am using PanPastel as an underlayer for colored pencil and you will learn to speed up your art. They are ideal to be combined in order to have a base layer or underlayer as fast as possible. A lot of people complained these 2 can't be used together on smooth paper but I think with the right amount of layers, it is possible, as you will see in my demonstration! You will learn as well how to use mixed media and draw fur faster.
