How to Loom Knit "The Waffle Base Hat" (DIY Tutorial)

This step-by-step tutorial shows you how to knit a textured hat (with a pattern that reminds a waffle) using a round loom. It is very easy to make and it can be worked on any loom.

LOOM: The loom I use in this project is a 41-peg XL gauge round loom, because I wanted to make an adult-size hat. If you want to make a preemie or newborn hat, I suggest you to use the 24-peg round loom. If you want to make a baby hat, then you better use the 31-peg loom. And use the 36-peg loom for children and teenagers.

YARN: The yarn I use here is a bulky weight yarn (size #6). If your thread is thinner than mine (a medium weight yarn), I recommend you to use 2 strands at the same time.
