Today we try something new for Christmas on the Bunnings 15kg Jumbuck Rondo Spit Roaster.

We are going to roast a traditional Honey Glazed Baked ham with bit of a twist, and do it on the spit roaster instead of the oven. This is perfect for our Aussie conditions aka not turn on the oven so the house isn't 1000 degrees.

Pineapple and Honey Baked Spit Roast Ham
Ingredients
-Smoked ham with bone
-2 cups of honey
-1/2 a cup of brown sugar
-2 x tins of sliced pineapple
-Glazed cherries
-Cherry wood for smoking flavour
