Hewing Uncut - A traditional craft ASMR

I am often asked how much time it takes to hew. So here's a video of me making one surface of a pine log, using only axes. The video material is uncut without any speeding up or slowing down. I only changed the camera position from time to time for a bit of change, but nothing is left out.
I am wearing chainmail leg guards in my boots and use two vintage french axes, I am thinking about uploading a video where I explain some of my equipment.
There is even some bonus content at the end of the video, I hope I don't scare anyone with it after 40 minutes of calm working noises.
So enjoy it, use it as ambient sound in the background or see it as a very boring instructional video.
