Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper [Arcade] - play as Final Bison / Vega

Final Bison is the final boss for the vast majority of the characters in the game. He is an unlockable playable character in this version of it.

===== Additional Information =====

---- Final Bison is NOT an actual 'separate' character in the game's data. Instead, he is an additional 'flag', which is activated on normal M.Bison when the player faces him as the boss.

---- When this flag is activated, Bison gains several differences in his moves, most notably a completely unique version of the Psycho Crusher, known as the Final Psycho Crusher, which is very powerful indeed. Also, his HP basics emit a large wave of energy which gives him a larger hitbox for these moves.

---- He also has a unique ISM. This ISM is also know as S-ISM (Shadaloo-ISM). You will get this ISM with him when the player selects Final Bison.

---- Unlike the CPS2 and PS1 versions of the game, his S-ISM functions uniquely, and works similarly to X-ISM.

---- He has a completely unique pre-fight intro where he floats down surrounded with energy.

---- For some reason, his HP energy/aura effects sometimes flashes a different shade of pink between rounds... this was definitely the case on the PS1 version of the game.

---- Obviously you can complete the game with him and get normal M.Bison's ending.. after all you are only really playing as normal M.Bison after all, except with the Final Bison flag.

---- When fighting Rose, his pre-fight intro with her is correct in this version.
