今回ご紹介するのは、福岡市にある老舗パン屋さん、「ブロートラント」。
創業1630年と長い歴史を誇る今回のパン屋さんは当初、菓子店も経営されていた。
現オーナーはパンに魅了され跡を継いだそうです。
毎日1000個以上、40種類違うパンを製造しています。
