Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker set installation - PLUS - Copper Shielding to kill the RF noise

Kind of long but concise, first 20 minutes is the copper shielding application followed by the humbuckers installation. I bought the copper tape off of Amazon, the pickups were purchased at a guitar shop in Montreal. There were no instructions in the box , that was fun, but it all worked out in the end with a bit of compromise.

The schematic that I used was based on one that was on the Fishman site but I modified it for a battery connection. I photo shopped the modification and posted it in the video, it can be seen at 19:33m. Although I had set out to install the passive pickup that wasn't being changed, the active circuit did not provide for this option. There is however a middle pickup that Fishman has that would work with this active configuration so this may be something brother does in the future.

The actual wiring portion of the video is aimed at a novice with tips and advice when working on guitars. If you are an experienced enthusiast and have this same set of humbuckers just go to the schematic and get jiggy.
