Cat needs our Help for Ovarian Remnant Syndrome needs Exploratory Laparotomy procedure

This is very concerning that Mandy goes inheat for 21 days now.
I spoke to the veterinary yesterday says she needs exploratory laparotomy surgery procedure.
The surgery itself cost $400 bucks
Not included the bloodtest laboratories $14 ,chemistry test panel $52.
That clinic is in Tacloban City which is 2 hrs drive going there. Anyway that clinic is the same clinic where Liam's tooth extracted.
