★Ingredients for 2 bentos★

★Grilled salted salmon

2 pcs salmons(200g、7oz)
​2-4 tsp salt
200ml(7oz)water

★Deep-fried chikuwa with seaweed(Isobe age)

2 pcs chikuwa
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp potato starch
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp seaweed powder
2 tbsp water
Some vegetable oil

★Fried zucchini
1/2 zucchini
1 tbsp cream cheese

★Carrot shiri shiri
1 carrot
2/3 tsp salt
1 canned tuna
1 egg
1 tsp mayonnaise
2 tsp sesame oil

★Pot of rice
180g(6.3 oz) short-grain rice
220ml(7.4 oz) water
