// Curious about what it means to know Jesus?

Humanity needs a savior. Each of us has rebelled against God by living for ourselves. This has broken our relationship with God, and we deserve God's just judgment.

Jesus is God's Son, born as a human. He accepted humanity's rebellion, suffered and died, but then defeated death by rising again. Anyone who puts their trust in Jesus can be restored back into a relationship with God.

At New Light Anglican Church, we believe that forgiveness is not about living a perfect life, but about trusting what Jesus did for us. Then, because He first loved us, we seek to obey Him because we love Him back.

We talk about this every Sunday, and in our programs during the week. We believe that through God's Spirit, the Bible is the main way God speaks to us, so we teach from it every single week.
