Section 125Crpc
Order for maintenance of wives, children, and parents If any person having sufficient means neglects or refuses to maintain his wife, is unable to maintain herself, or his legitimate or illegitimate minor child, whether married or not, unable to maintain itself.

Claim of wife is denied in maintenance case as the property was self-acquired and no material evidence to prove that husband neglected to maintain the wife and children in citation V.MANJULA VERSUS SATISH
