This soup is my favourite as I was growing up. It is the best comfort soup when you’re feeling under. Hope you like the recipe 💕

✔️Marinade Ground Pork
▪️ Ground Pork 350g
▪️ Green Onion - 1x
▪️ Garlic - 4 cloves
▪️ Fish Sauce - 1 tsp
▪️ Chicken Powder - 1 tsp
▪️ Sugar - 1 tsp
▪️ Pepper - 1/2 tsp
▪️ Oyster Sauce - 1 tsp

✔️ Broth
▪️ Water - 3L
▪️ Green Onion - 3x white part
▪️ Salt - 1 tbsp
▪️ Sugar - 1 tbsp
▪️ Chicken Powder - 1 tbsp

✔️ Medium Firm Tofu - 680g
✔️ Dried Seaweed - 1 thick sheet
