Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) has developed an innovative device called the Safety Grapple. This device combines pole lifting tongs with a choker cable, allowing crews to safely find the center of balance between two poles, create a gap, and then secure the safety cable around the pole. In turn, this greatly reduces the potential of a pole rolling off the pile and injuring personnel.
