Sahara was designed as a fully integrated system. Its hardware architecture and proprietary artificial intelligence platform — Nemesis AI — were developed in parallel inside the same technological framework, built entirely in Romania.

Nemesis AI runs on-premise, allowing rapid configuration of AI models, flight profiles, and operational parameters directly at the operator’s facility. In practice, each missile can be loaded with an AI model prepared for a specific mission and can adapt its trajectory in real time.

The missile is engineered to fly at low altitude, around 50 meters, following terrain to reduce radar detection. Except for the turbojet engine and optical sensors, all internal components — from the fuselage and electronic boards to processing units and control systems — are developed by the company.

A key element of the system is the “Super Sensor Fusion” mechanism. Nemesis AI continuously correlates data from multiple global satellite navigation systems and onboard sensors. Approximately every 200 milliseconds, signal integrity is checked to detect jamming attempts or spoofed navigation data. If satellite navigation becomes unavailable, the system automatically switches to data from the internal IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), maintaining stability and direction.
