They make it tricky to contact support but this is how you do it. In the app or on the website do this. Step 1: Visit the support page
Step 2: Select Troubleshooting, then select Damage, then select My Hardware Is Damaged.
Step 3: Then click the thumbs down icon at the bottom of the page.
Step 4: Fill out the New Message contact form to create a service ticket.
They should email you statue updates and you'll also be able to read response messages in the app and on their website. The messages in the app can be found by going to the main Support page and tapping on the small envelope icon at the top right. As far as I know Starlink does not have a support phone number.


My Starlink Dish kept having a seizure and spazzing out like this after it took a pretty hard fall on the roof. They sent me a refurbished Kit for $250 which is half the price that I paid for this one originally plus they sent me a FedEx return shipping label to ship this defective one back. I was getting error messages in the app saying "Starlink Motors Stuck" and "Obstructed". However, I was still able to get a weakened signal (20Mbps-100Mbps down) most of the time.
