Here is my guide on how to get the One Chance Trophy/ Achievement on Onimusha Warlords for PS4

This requires you to land atleast one Deflect Critical onto Marcellus's final form.

Do enough damage to get him into phase two (Double Swords) and then wait for the Dash Attack.
Just before he hits you, hit Guard (L1/ L trigger) then hit Square/ X do do the Critical hit.
