The high-speed rewinding line is equipped with a uncoiler, straightener, entry shear, dividing shear, electrostatic oiler, recoiler and etc., which processes cold-rolled coils into steel coils that meet the downstream needs.
The strip thickness is measured by the thickness meter; the shears automatically adjust the side clearance of the blades, and cut strip accurately as per the order specifications. Automatic detection system and manual inspection table are set for the strip surface quality. The strip upper and lower surfaces are coated with the electrostatic oiler to prevent oxidation corrosion of finished coils. Automatic weighing of coil weight at the exit saddle, and transmit data to the management system in real time. Equipped with CPC and EPC control, the line equipment structures are strong and optimized.
The entire line equipments are efficiently and continuously commissioned according to the commissioning procedure, and it was successful at one time; completing the dividing coil, releasing tension and side trimming functions.
The max line speed is 300m/min, the production output is annual 350,000t.
The line is of optimized production process, HMI touch screen or computer control, high-speed and efficient production, stable operation and excellent strip quality. It fully meets the high standards of the steel mill for yield, quality and production management.
