Here in Manila, Philippines, I found the cheapest meal in Asia! It’s called ‘pastil’ - basically, it is meat inside of rice and wrapped in a banana leaf. It’s so incredibly delicious and I seriously can’t believe how affordable it is! If you ever find yourself in Manila, head to Quiapo market and find this lovely lady!
