Black cardamom -2
Black pepper -15
mace -1/2
Cloves -10
Cinnamon sticks -2-3
Water -3.5 litre
Fennel seeds -2 tbsp
coriander seeds -3-4 tbsp

Mustard oil -200 ml
Onion -3 medium sized
Onion paste -1 medium sized
Ginger garlic paste -3-4 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -2 tsp
Coriander powder -4 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Curd -1 cup(200 gm)

Khushboo ka masala 1/2 tsp
(Mace-Green cardamom- Nutmeg powder)

Coriander leaves -Some
Ginger Julien -3 inches
Green chilli-4 (Chopped)
