as promised, cafe working vlog @   / homecroissanterie   !!

this was a weekday so i was able to film and find all the optimal angles & take it chill, hang out with ben and dan. this is a realistic day of working at home croissanterie : ) just to preface that i show bits & pieces of cafe life so some of the things you see in my videos might not make it to the menu and/or may look different when they're finalized (which is the case with the creme brulee tart & orange foam chilter) but if yall love it then pls leave comments so i can take it up with them!!

hope you guys enjoy this one, i have slightly more clue as to what im doing here compared to last year (◕ᴗ◕✿)

quick note- when I started cleaning the glass, it was well after closing time, and I took care to lightly drizzle the cleaning solution on the edge of the glass without SPRAYING it. im aware in the video it might seem as if i sprayed directly onto the pastries but im always mindful to avoid any contact with the baked goods & if you saw it close up you would see that it did not get into the air/food.
