The Tata Nexon iCNG was launched in India in September 2024.
The Nexon iCNG is powered by a 1.2-liter turbo petrol engine, making it India's first CNG car with this type of engine. It also features Tata's twin-cylinder CNG technology, which provides a boot space of 321 liters. This technology involves fitting two compact CNG tanks underneath the trunk floor instead of one large tank.

The Nexon iCNG is available in eight variants, with prices ranging from Rs 9 lakh to Rs 14.59 lakh (ex-showroom)

Nexon CNG is available in 15 colours: Carbon Black, Ocean Blue With White Roof, Pure Grey Black Roof, Pristine White, Daytona Grey Dual Tone, Grassland Beige With Black Roof, Grassland Beige, Pristine White Dual Tone, Flame Red, Ocean Blue, Pure Grey, Royal Blue, Royal Blue With Black Roof, Flame Red Dual Tone and Daytona Grey.

The certified mileage of Nexon CNG is 17.44 km/kg.

The Tata Nexon iCNG comes with a strong set of standard safety features, including six airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), ABS with EBD, and ISOFIX child seat anchors. It also features rear parking sensors, seatbelt reminders, and a microswitch that turns off the ignition during refueling. The Nexon iCNG has earned a 5-star safety rating from both Bharat NCAP and Global NCAP.
