PS Vita 3.65/3.67/3.68 GameBoy Advance Emulator! (VHBL!)

In this tutorial, I will be showing you how to install a GameBoy Advance Emulator on your PS Vita running 3.61/3.65/3.67, This requires VHBL only. You will need the custom DNS server to connect to content manager without an update.
