How to Batocera a PC Inside a CRT/JAMMA Arcade Cabinet: Part One - Hardware

Описание к видео How to Batocera a PC Inside a CRT/JAMMA Arcade Cabinet: Part One - Hardware

Welcome to part one of a series where I share how to build a PC rig that's meant to be played inside a CRT/JAMMA arcade cabinet. As a bonus we'll also touch on how to incorporate video capturing for streaming. This has been quite a journey with various different iterations along the way, but now that I have done all the hard work, I'm ready to share the knowledge with you.

In this video, we will focus primarily on the hardware side of things as we build together a simple rig that should work with any JAMMA arcade cabinet. By the end of this video you should be able to understand how to apply these principles with your very own setup and prepare you to part two of this series.

** Please read the official Batocera and CRT documentation to get an idea of what type of hardware is necessary for it to run successfully. **

Feel free to drop any questions in the comments. Happy building!!!

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ DISCLAIMER ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
This video assumes your PC is utilizing
software that is already distributing the
correct 15khz signal to the GPU. This is
critical to prevent damaging your arcade
cabinet. You should know your hardware
before attempting. Build at your own risk!

As promised I've added a parts list of everything mentioned in the video. Some of these can be replaced with parts of your own choosing but I will leave an asterisk on parts I recommend you stick with. I have zero affiliation with any of the links provided and do not make a profit.
