They say that the first step to overcoming any addiction is the admission of the addiction so this 5 minute video is all about honesty. Honesty with yourself.  You dont have to announce your honesty on social media, you dont have to tell any friends.  It's simply about being honest with yourself as a further step towards health and wellbeing.

Food addiction is certainly one of the most common addictions that I get to work on with clients. While no one wants to think of themselves as an addict, and many of us don't even like using that word. The reality is that addictions to food can control us, can hold us back and damage our health. Not to mention our self esteem.
