Join Elena for her final Facebook Live Virtual Wellbeing session.

For our final wellbeing session together, we’ll start standing, stir all our energy up, and then slowly release it as we make our way towards the ground, working the whole body along the way. Some highlights: learning to articulate (it’s not just for our bow arms!) our shoulder blades and the muscles underneath them while on all fours, juicy twists on the floor, and a meditative body scan during our final relaxation posture.

Please continue to take care of your body long after these virtual sessions are finished — I encourage you to revisit these videos regularly, or if you’d like to change it up, the free Intermission App for iOS has tons of shorter videos and ideas for you to continue building body awareness, self-compassion, and to link body, mind and breath together for a healthy life in music.
