To practice natural doping, carry out five breath-holds. Simply put, take a normal breath in and out through your nose then pinch your nose and hold. Then, begin walking and slowly increase, going into a fast walk then a jog, and finally, a fast jog. Build up a moderate to strong air hunger and once this air hunger is very strong, let go.
