Our current economic systems were never designed with caregivers in mind. Yet today, caregivers are fundamental to every story of the workforce. The Care Board seeks to redesign data collection—so it reflects the realities of care before we reach a point of no return. Then use the data to measure and visualize formal and informal care work in the U.S. economy.

We now face a pivotal choice: support the creation of a system that truly recognizes care or watch as the social and economic consequences escalate in the years ahead.
