This is track #4 on the album "The Dana Owens Album" released in 2004 by A&M Records.
I was "split-op" in the Army National Guard. Which means that I left after BCT (basic combat training) to return a year later for AIT (advanced individualized training) In between training I wanted to stay fit and jogged 3 miles everyday. Songs like this one helped me focus on the song and continue to jog up and down hills around town.
