Newari Engagement: A Colorful Affair of Traditions and Commitment (Supari Ceremony)

Supari day is a significant ritual in Newari weddings that takes place before the wedding day. It is also known as the Daijo Bhayo ceremony, where the groom's family presents betel nut, along with gifts, to the bride's family.
