We focus on two sensational Blanc de Blancs of Grand Cru pedigree. A Cru is a village in Champagne, and includes a specific combination of essential winemaking factors such as grape variety, slope positioning, soil composition, climate and expertise of the winemaker. In the 1920's, the CIVC assigned a ranking system called the Échelle des Cru, allocating each Cru a percentage. Those allocated 100% are referred to as Grand Cru and known as the very best of Champagne, only 17 Crus have been awarded this ranking.

Our first producer for all of you to enjoy is Franck Bonville. For four generations of winegrowers, this House has specialised in Blanc de Blancs champagne from the Grand Cru terroir of Avize, Oger and Cramant, a prestigious area of the Côte des Blancs, totaling 20 hectares of Chardonnay vineyards.

For all the Connoisseurs, you will also enjoy the Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Vintage of Boll & Cie. This House has a long history and is one that we affectionately call the "Sleeping Beauty of Champagne". First established in the 1800's and selling to wine merchants in Europe and America, the House then went into slumber for over 100 years only to reemerge better than before in the early 2000's.
