Careers in Forestry - Forester

The Wisconsin DNR has a wide array of forestry staff who help care for the state's 17 million acres of forest resources. These jobs include technology specialists, forest health experts, wildland firefighters, field foresters and more!

Sean Davison is one of those people who work to protect and enhance our natural resources. As a Forester, Sean is very active in fire suppression across the state and occasionally assists other states during wildfire season. He also works with landowners on management plans to ensure they are getting the most out of their property.
