Lexus CT200h electronic power steering damper replacement, knee airbag & steering wheel shroud

This is replacing the "45254-28040 Damper Electronic Power Steering Motor Shaft & Gear" between the motor and steering gearbox up under the dash on a CT200h to fix a clunk or noise at low speeds, especially after turning. Tightening the two pinch bolts on either end of the steering rod under the dash didn't help me, and I found another video on this damper, but it didn't show removing all the parts to get to it, so I filmed me putting it back together.

THis might also work for Gen 3 Prius, as they seem to be very similar, but I have not verified.

Also, the other MAJOR source of CT200H rattles is the Moonroof gasket! It sounds like there's a rattle coming from the back end of the car, rear suspension, or trunk area, but no, it's the frickin' moonroof. That was 80% of my rattles, 19% was this steering damper.
